Description: On December 31, 2021, Defendants Bulus, DOE and ROE approached and arrested plaintiff without just cause. Upon arresting, Defendants Bulus, DOE and ROE took plaintiff to a police station in the county of Queens and entered him on the records as under arrest. The plaintiff was held on various criminal charges at various police stations, correctional facilities and at the Courthouse located at 125-01 Queens Boulevard. While in the custody of the defendants, the plaintiff was intentionally touched, pushed, assaulted, battered, violated, strip searched, humiliated, photographed and handcuffed by the defendants.
