Complaint
Description: On December 12, 2016, plaintiff was in his apartment with his mother when the parole warrant squad entered the apartment to make an arrest. They proceeded to unlawfully carry out a search without authority or a search warrant. The defendant officers found a firearm and cocaine which caused plaintiff to be maliciously prosecuted for six months before the charges were dismissed. Plaintiff's imprisonment in the interim was abusive and unlawful.
