Description: On or about November 14, 2018 at approximately 11:15 p.m. Plaintiff was lawfully on the roof of an apartment complex when he encountered POs Madison Lindeman, Richard Delahanty, Ruben Guerrero, Christopher Hansen, and John Does 1-20. POs began to brutally and violently assault Plaintiff without provocation or legal justification. These actions caused Plaintiff to fall approximately six stories from the roof to the ground. As a result, Plaintiff almost died and suffered extreme, permanent injuries to his bodies including severe head trauma and multiple fractures to his legs, feet, back, and pelvis, rendering Plaintiff permanently disabled for the rest of his life.
