Description: On or about November 14, 2018 at approximately 11:15 p.m. Plaintiff was lawfully on the roof of an apartment complex when he encountered POs Madison Lindeman, Richard Delahanty, Ruben Guerrero, Christopher Hansen, and John Does 1-20. POs began to brutally and violently assault Plaintiff without provocation or legal justification. These actions caused Plaintiff to fall approximately six stories from the roof to the ground.
