Complaint
Description: On July 12 2022, the Plaintiff was at his home when NYPD Officers Jane and John Doe approached his home and asked to speak with the Plaintiff inside his home. Thereafter, the Plaintiff was unlawfully and falsely arrested and placed in a holding cell and charged with multiple crimes. His false arrest lead to false imprisonment as the Plaintiff was unlawfully held at Riker's Island for 6 months for the duration of the deliberate and malicious prosecution. The charges were terminated the following year on February 7 2023.
