Description: On August 10, 2013 plaintiff Claudia Soriano and others were approached by defendants Naikee Caballero and Michael Quinones, and asked if anybody was drinking alcohol. Nobody was drinking alcohol, and nobody was engaged in any criminal or unlawful conduct that would warrant being approached. When asked why identification was needed officer Quinones told plaintiff to "shut up".
