Description: On June 1, 2020, Plaintiff participated in a peaceful protest. Officers placed barricades around plaintiff and others and began to arrest protestors, including plaintiff. Ofc. Adam Mellusi grabbed plaintiff and brought him to the ground. Plaintiff told the officer that he hadn't done anything wrong. Ofcs. Description: On June 2, 2013, plaintiff was lawfully present at the 71st Precinct, Brooklyn, NY. Officers approached plaintiff, grabbed him and handcuffed his arms tightly behind his back. Officers pushed, tripped and caused plaintiff to fall and fracture his shoulder. Plaintiff was transferred to another precinct. Defendants filled out false police reports, and plaintiff was given a summons for disorderly conduct. Plaintiff spent an hour in custody, and two months making numerous court appearances. On August 16, 2013, all charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
