Description: On September 29, 2021, while lawfully at the intersection of 21st Street and 31st Avenue in Queens, NY, the plaintiff was illegally approached, assaulted, battered, and arrested by the defendants in an excessive manner without legal justification. The assault involved being grabbed, slammed to the ground, and forcefully handcuffed. The plaintiff was then taken to the 114th precinct, where he was further assaulted and battered by Defendants Leonard Insalaco, Joey Hoti, Christopher Tsatsaronis, and John Does, causing him to have seizures.
