Complaint
Description: On September 8, 2014, Plaintiff was walking with his girlfriend before he was stopped by P.O. Steven Pedullo, who proceeded to ask whether he likes to hit girls and whether his girlfriend has been hit by him, to which Plaintiff and his girlfriend answered no. P.O. Pedullo claims that Plaintiff was “pointed out” and arrested him. P.O. Pedullo stated that another individual reported that he observed Plaintiff repeatedly punching his girlfriend in the face, and falsely claimed that he himself observed that the girlfriend had bruising and redness in her forehead, which caused Plaintiff to be criminally charged. No informant was produced and all charges were dismissed.
