Description: On September 26, 2014, plaintiff was at home when there was banging on his front door. Plaintiff asked who it was and they replied they were firemen and that there was a leak in his kitchen. Plaintiff, confused, stated that he would check for a leak in his kitchen himself because he was not fully clothed. The people then tried to force open the door with an object, and plaintiff shouted at them to stop. They then took the hinges off the door and forced it open, revealing that they were P.Os Shareka Henry, Joi Grant, and one unnamed officer. They grabbed plaintiff, injuring his hand by bending his fingers back. Another officer twisted plaintiff's arm behind his back, and they bent both of his elbows causing them...
