Description: On April 04, 2023, around 7:00 p.m., plaintiff Omar Morales, was arrested by police officers including Police Officer Miguel Castillo and Sergeant Randy Henriquez in the vicinity of River Avenue and East 161st Street, Bronx, New York. Plaintiff was arrested without probable case and in a manner that was excessive in force and manner. All charges were subsequently dropped the same day. Plaintiff was rearrested on April 06, 2023, around 6:00 p.m., in the vicinity of Main Street and 3rd Street Haverstraw, New York and transported to the 44th Precinct in the Bronx for the same alleged charges as the prior arrest.
