Description: On August 20, 2023, at approximately 11 p.m., PO Matias and PO "Doe" without just cause or provocation smashed the driver's side window of a vehicle where Plaintiff was a front seat passenger. The glass from the window cut her right thigh. Some of the shattered glass remained stuck in her skin, causing substantial pain. Shortly after the glass was shattered, Plaintiff exited the vehicle. At that time, PO Doe pointed a gun at Plaintiff's head causing her to defecate on herself. Officers violently handcuffed Plaintiff and took her to a precinct. She was then taken to a hospital to be treated for her injuries as well as the asthma she experienced. After the hospital, Plaintiff remained in custody until her release...
