Description: For years, NYPD officers of the 40th Precinct and Public Service Area unlawfully targeted Plaintiff and attempted to prosecute Plaintiff without probable cause. On, March 12, 2021, plaintiff Tahje Knight was lawfully in the vicinity of East 125th Street in the Bronx when he was unlawfully approached, frisked, arrested and detained by defendant officers James Weck, Eric Dym, Michael Visintin, Jayther Liriano, Michael Kontorovich, Jose Tejada, and Nestor Amarantepolanco.
