Description: On June 17, 2022, Plaintiff VIDAL NOVA, without cause, was grabbed, handcuffed, seized and arrested in an excessive manner and with excessive force by defendants CITY, NYPD, TORRES, DOE and ROE, their agents, servants and/or employees, and in particular, by TORRES, DOE and ROE. Thereafter, Plaintiff VIDAL NOVA remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
