Description: At approximately 1:05 am, on December 23rd, 2013, Mr. Hyde was arrested on the corner of Ralph Avenue and Bergen Street Brooklyn by NYPD Officer Rivera and another NYPD Officer designated John Doe #1. At the time and place of said arrest, Mr. Hyde and his partner that he was in need of medical attention and proceeded to display his injuries to the Officers – deep lacerations on his fingers due to bite wounds, bite wounds on his torso, and visible contusions to the torso, arm, and head.
