Description: On August 12, 2021, plaintiff was at BJ Wholesalers in the Bronx. Officer Tran Minh and officer Does 1-10 responded to a call for assistance due to a fight between two women at the location. Plaintiff was not involved in the fight. The officers attempted to arrest plaintiff, despite not seeing him involved in any criminal activity. As the officers attempted to grab him, numerous individuals yelled out that plaintiff hadn't done anything. Nevertheless, an officer grabbed plaintiff, violently threw him against a wall/gate, kneed him, and aggressively handcuffed him, pulling his arms violently back and upward.
