Description: On February 21, 2016, plaintiff suffered a stroke while driving and therefore crashed his car. Police officers (police officer Dean Robert, police officer Molinski (first name unknown, shield No. 21578), police officer Ashley Gonzalez) came to the accident scene. Instead of helping plaintiff in this medical emergency, police officers smashed plaintiff’s car window, violently pulled him from his car, throwed him to the pavement, and punched him. The officers framed plaintiff as drunk-driving and arrested him. No ambulance was called, the officers put plaintiff at the back of the police car. Eventually plaintiff was taken to a hospital.
