Description: on May 15, 2017 incident in which Defendants, Police Office Yvonne Edwards, Geoffrey Wyrick and other unnamed defendant officers, acting under color of state law, unlawfully stopped, arrested and detained Noheme Perez without a valid warrant, reasonable suspicion or probable cause to do so. Plaintiff was subsequently charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated and other related charges. She was thereafter maliciously prosecuted, until the respective charges were each dismissed and sealed on the following dates, January 11, 2018, April 3, 2018 and October 2, 2018.
