Description: On May 10, 2017, plaintiff was standing near his residence when he was approached by several P.O.s. Defendant Police Detective Ramos ordered plaintiff to place his hands behind his back, and then began to physically search plaintiff without permission/consent. Ramos then handcuffed and arrested plaintiff. Ramos began to search a nearby car, which was not plaintiff's. When plaintiff commented on the potential unlawfulness of the search, one defendant P.O. began to forcefully throw plaintiff against the police car, injuring his shoulder and wrist.
