Complaint
Description: On December11th, 2022, within Plaintiff's hotel room, at 55 Church St., NY, NY, Plaintiff was the victim of theft and assault. Minutes later, four members of the NYPD, including Defendants arrived at Plaintiff's hotel room. Plaintiff was contained in his room, and interviewed by Defendants while assaulter Watkins was taken out and interviewed in the hallway and her hotel room. Defendant Pitt arrived and eventually ordered Rigsang to arrest Plaintiff. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested. Pitt instructed Rigsang to interview Watkins to obtain probable cause for plaintiff's arrest. Rigsang interviewed Watkins and within minutes determined there was no probable cause for arrest.
