Description: On or about March 19, 2013, while Plaintiff was sitting on the front step of a building, Plaintiff was unlawfully, forcibly, and violently grabbed, assaulted, tackled, verbally assaulted, and abused by Defendant NYPD officers Hunold and Walker, without any legal cause or the justification. The Defendants then falsely arrested and prosecuted Plaintiff without any reasonable and probable cause. Defendants' actions were due to Plaintiff's race or ethnic background.
