Complaint
Description: On June 26, 2014, plaintiff was lawfully present at a residential address in Queens. He was approached by Defendant NYPD Officers Widny Cylet, Levi Stewart, and an unidentified number of John Doe defendants. Defendants, acting without probable cause or reasonable suspicion, arrested and assaulted plaintiff, causing him emotional and physical injuries. Defendants then submitted a false police report to cover up their illegal acts.
