Description: On February 18, 2020, Plaintiff's brothers, who were illegally living in Plaintiff's basement, contacted the police complaining that Plaintiff was not allowing them to access her floor, despite a pending landlord-tenant eviction proceeding against them and a restraining order Plaintiff had against one of them. P.O. Rual Gabriel and Thomas Marzocchi arrived and demanded that Plaintiff allow her brothers to access her floor or be arrested. Both officers then grabbed and pulled Plaintiff out of her house with nothing on her feet and P.O.
