Description: On July 28, 2012 Antuan Grant was near the intersection of Parsons Boulevard and Archer Avenue with Ebony Burrowes and Dahima Howell, all three were going to a nearby grocery store together. A marked NYPD patrol car pulled up, P.O.s Eric Callagy and Robert Miga exited the car and demanded Grant and his companions to freeze. P.O.s had their hands on their revolvers in the ready position. Grant and his companions complied, P.O.s directed grant to put his hands on the wall and an unknown P.O. searched grant, finding nothing. The other P.o. walked to the patrol car and returned moments later. Callagy and Miga handcuffed Grant, when Grant asked why twice, he received no response. On the third time he asked, An offic...
