Description: On August 21, 2013, Defendants New York Police Officer Anzor Kurashvili and John Doe New York Police Officers 1-3 detained, questioned, arrested, and assualted and battered Plaintiff when he was lying on a park bench. Plaintiff was then taken to the 30th Precinct and then Central Booking and placed in a cell with others on the basis of false accusations signed by Defendants New York Police Officer Anzor Kurashvili and John Doe New York Police Officers 1-3. Plaintiff was detained for about seven months. Plaintiff sustained severe and serious injuries, both physical and mental as a result.
