Description: On or about March 17, 2021 in the Bronx, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 163rd St and Kelly St. At said time and place, defendant NYPD officers, including P.O. Tancredo Contreas, suddenly accosted Plaintiff and searched him, finding nothing. There after, plaintiff was transported to a nearby police precinct, subjected to an invasive strip search and charged with Trespass. As a result, plaintiff spent 25 hours in police custody. As a result of this conduct, plaintiff was subjected to an illegal, improper, and false arrest, and which the plaintiff suffered severe emotional distress, mental injury, with embarrassment, humiliation, shock, fright, and loss of freedom.
