Description: On December 31, 2011, plaintiff Robert Pluma was present at Zucotti Park for New Years' celebrations with other Occupy Wall Street protesters. The protesters were greeted by an overwhelming force of NYPD personnel, including a group of officers working together to deploy metal barricades as a battering ram, and officers armed with pepper spray. A group of officers including Defendants Carl Soreco, Meghan O'Leary, Christopher Vega, Dunlop, Ramon Hernandez, Richard McGuire, Anthony Barbieri, Vincent Setteducato, Corey White, Dana Palomo, Anthony Pons, an unidentified John Doe "Second Pepper Spray Officer," and an unidentified John Doe "Balding Senior Officer," all worked together to push a metal barricade into t...
