Description: On November 1 2022, the Plaintiff was approached by NYPD Officer Jason Quintanilla, Michael Zerbo, and John and Jane Does who proceeded to assault and batter him without any justification or probable cause. The Plaintiff was pushed and then shot with a taser which was very close to his body causing extreme injury. He was then thrown to the ground and dragged and aggressively placed in handcuffs. He was transported to custody and taken by ambulance to Hospital for treatment. After treatment he was taken to the 105th Precinct, then to Central Booking until arraignment. He was released from custody that evening.

Description: On August 21, 2022, plaintiff Raymond Keizer was lawfully present at or about an intersection in Queens. On the same date, a police officer approached the plaintiff's vehicle while it was parked, striking the back windshield with a baton, shattering and breaking the window. The plaintiff asked why is the police officer acting in this way, when the police officer assaulted and battered the plaintiff.
