Description: On January 8, 2022, at approximately 5:00 PM, the Plaintiff, Brandon Moore, was lawfully in the vicinity of 111 West 135th Street, County of New York, New York, when the Defendants, NYPD Police Officer Edgard Guido (Shield No. 12015) and NYPD Police Officers John Doe #s 1-10 (identities unknown) unlawfully assaulted Mr. Moore without legal justification. Mr. Moore was lawfully present inside his apartment when several Defendant Officers arrived on scene and entered without a warrant. The Defendant Officers immediately rushed Mr. Moore, tackled him, and threw him the ground, causing injury to his right arm. Mr. Moore was taken to Harlem Hospital due to his injuries before being taken to the precinct. Upon arri...
