Description: On August 29, 2022, the PO pulled Plaintiff over when Plaintiff was driving his vehicle in Queens County. Prior to PO’s allegations, Plaintiff Dane Wilson was allegedly committed crimes by Maryeling Sanchez-Perez, including 1) Harassment- 2nd physical contact, 2) Sexual Abuse, 3) Forcible Touch0Intimate Part, 4) Weapon, and 5) Unlawful imprisonment. Even though Plaintiff stated the allegations were false, and Plaintiff was disabled with his replacement and neck surgeries, Plaintiff was forcibly pulled out of his vehicle, restrained with excessive force, and handcuffed behind his back.
