Description: On or about December 1, 2018, the Defendant officers unlawfully stopped and searched the Plaintiff without probable cause. The Plaintiff at the time of the incident had been walking on the sidewalk, attempting to hail a taxicab, wearing common female attire that could be worn at work, while the Defendant officers had been driving in a NYPD vehicle, when the Defendant officers stopped the Plaintiff. The Defendant officers falsely arrested the Plaintiff, and refused to tell the Plaintiff the reason for the arrest. Description: On September 21. 2019, in the vicinity of Georgia Avenue and Wortman Avenue, in the county of New York, plaintiff was walking to the train station on her way home when defendant NYPD officers unlawfully stopped her and demanded to see her identification. She did not have her identification on her and was unlawfully physically restrained and handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion. At no time did plaintiff commit any crimes. The defendants engaged in a conspiracy to falsely arrest and maliciously prosecute the plaintiff by fabricating non-existent evidence.
