Description: On March 18, 2018, plaintiff was illegally stopped without reason and falsely arrested. He was approached by defendants-Officers Burbran Pierre, Michael Brenner, Gene Ruda (Shield No. 954303), and Joel Espinosa while in his vehicle, and asked to step out of the vehicle. Officer Pierre punched Plaintiff six times in the face, causing serious injury. Plaintiff was never read his rights. Plaintiff did not receive proper medical treatment for his injuries in pre-trial detention.
