Description: On April 22, 2022, when plaintiff was on the street, police officers Michael Petrino (Sheild No. 4818), Dominic Darrigo (Sheild No. 6831) and other police officers arrested, publicly searched, used force to plaintiff. Before the encounter, plaintiff was walking her mother’s dog and her dog with her boyfriend towards her mother’s house after dinner.
