Description: On June 28, 2013, at approximately 4:20 a.m., inside 438 West 52nd Street in New York County, defendant NYPD officers intentionally and falsely accused the plaintiff of having committed the crime of rape. The defendants wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized plaintiff causing the plaintiff physical pain and mental suffering including bruising, bleeding, and scrapes to his body. The charges were eventually dismissed due to lack of credible evidence.
