Description: On October 5, 2016, plaintiff McCray went to the grocery store one block from his residence, where he lives with his mother, plaintiff Clark. On his way back home, plaintiff McCray was approached by defendant officer and confronted about money and drugs. Plaintiff McCray did not know what defendant officer was talking about. Defendant officers then grabbed plaintiff and threw him against a wall. Plaintiff McCray called out to plaintiff Clark, and defendant officers pointed a gun to plaintiff Clark and held plaintiff McCray. Plaintiff McCray was arrested, and dragged to a nearby hub where he was strip-searched.
