Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff as he was crossing the street, in plainclothes and an unmarked vehicle, and searched Plaintiff. Plaintiff was arrested and brought to a local precinct, where he was searched again. Despite both searches revealing no guns, drugs, or contraband, Plaintiff was falsely charged with two counts of weapons possession and one count of firearm possession. These charges were dismissed after several court appearances.
