Description: On October 8, 2011, Plaintiff, despite doing nothing to arouse suspicion, was told by a Defendant Officer to get up against the wall. Defendant Officer then cuffed and forcibly took Plaintiff to the ground at which time another Defendant Officer smashed Plaintiff's head with a walkie talkie.
