Complaint
Description: On May 22, 2012, Defendant Lin, LT John Doe, SGT John Roe, falsely accused plaintiff of committing 3rd degree assualt and placed him under false arrest without just cause. Defendants used excessive force in touching, grabbing and handcuffing plaintiff. Plaintiff was intentionally and without just cause thrown into a glass and metal door and suffered a laceration over his right eye which required medical treatment and 4-6 stitches. Plaintiff was falsely detained and released to his mother on May 23, 2012. Defendants carried out an abuse of process and malicious proseuction by the above actions and deliberately and malicioiusly prosecuting plaintiff. On June 21, all charges were dismissed against plaintiff.
