Description: That on November 7, 2017, at the intersection of Jerome Avenue and East Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY, Defendants, Polanco, Wager, Cavanaugh, Doe, and Roe without legal justification and without plaintiff's forcibly detained plaintiff without explanation, grabbed and seized plaintiff, forcibly threw plaintiff to the ground, held plaintiff on the ground, assaulted plaintiff by putting their knees into plaintiff's head and back, punching plaintiff, and otherwise used force against plaintiff that was not justified.
