Description: On September 6, 2013, Plaintiff and the named infants were in their resident at 1952 Second Ave in Manhattan, when 10 Defendant Officers forced the front door of Plaintiff’s residence open. Defendant Officers pushed, grabbed, shoved, punched, and kicked Plaintiff and infants with great force and put guns to the face and to the head of Plaintiff and infants without cause or justification. Plaintiff was handcuffed without cause and was wrongfully arrested.
