Description: On or about September 15, 2018, several unknown Defendant NYPD officers broke into an apartment to which Plaintiff was a guest without a valid search warrant, probable cause, consent, or reasonable suspicion. The Defendant officers stated that they were looking for drugs and guns. The Defendant officers arrested Plaintiff and took him to the precinct where he was processed. While Plaintiff was at the precinct, the Defendant officers made false statements to the District Attorney's Office about Plaintiff. All charges against the Plaintiff were eventually dismissed.
