Description: On October 14, 2010, while the Plaintiff was lawfully present on the corner of the street, he was stopped, searched, and arrested by Tarik Clyburn and John Doe, who were NYPD officers, on false charges of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
