Description: Plaintiff was arrested as a result of a false Incident Report of the Plaintiff unknowingly violating an order of protection. Plaintiff was forcibly restrained in tight handcuffs, and when Plaintiff cried out in pain, Defendant Officer twisted Plaintiff's arms and intensified the pain. Plaintiff was processed at the 114th Precinct, and at no time was the Plaintiff read his Miranda rights. Plaintiff was charged with 215.50(3) Criminal contempt and 240.26(1) Harassment in the second degree. Plaintiff was arraigned and released the same day. The charges were dismissed by motion of the Queens DA's Office because the order of protection did not specify the distance Christos had to stay away from his ex-partner's home...
