Description: On around June 11, 2023, at approximately 8pm, plaintiff and her minor son were lawfully at a parking lot near a Dunkin donuts in Brooklyn where he was riding his motorbike. The defendant officers entered the parking lot in an unmarked vehicle almost hitting the minor. Defendants jumped out of the vehicle, chased, assaulted and battered the minor causing injuries to his leg and then placed him in a police cruiser with his mother (plaintiff). Plaintiff was subjected to unreasonable search and seizure and arrested, imprisoned and detained without any just/reasonable cause.
