Description: On October 16, 2019, the plaintiff was falsely arrested in Queens, NY. While at a friend's home, about four police officers arrived in an SUV, handcuffed the plaintiff, and brought him to the 105th precinct. After several hours, Detectives Lopez and Blake from the 103rd precinct arrived and questioned the plaintiff about a robbery and assault that had occurred a week earlier.
