Description: On or about July 13, 2021, at or around 3:57 pm, Plaintiff was lawfully within the vicinity of 100 Maiden Lane, when several unidentified New York City Police Officers, including Defendants Officer Max Solomon and Doe Defendants approached and unlawfully searched the Plaintiff, despite no reasonable suspicion or other lawful basis to do so, and recovered no contraband from such search. Defendants then arrested the Plaintiff despite lacking probable cause or reasonable suspicion to believe that Plaintiff had committed any crimes or offense.
