Description: On or about February 7, 2013 Plaintiff was wrongfully and excessively arrested by Det. Edrian Irizzary, Det. Robert Villani, Det. Christopher Dede, and Det. Ian Scheinblum. Plaintiff was removed from his apartment building wearing only boxers and handcuffed about his feet and hands. Plaintiff was taken to the 7th Precinct, the hospital, then Central Booking. Plaintiff was wrongfully imprisoned until he was able to make bail on February 14, 2013. Plaintiff was subjected to a malicious prosecution and compelled to return to court approximately five times until all charges were dismissed on February 10, 2014, over a year after the false arrest.
