Complaint
Description: On or about March 27, 2023, after leaving a deli, the plaintiff was grabbed and placed under arrest by NYPD officers, including Officer Prince Philip and Julio Adames, who handcuffed her hands behind her back and then forcibly pushed her to the ground. The defendants had no probable cause or legal justification to arrest the plaintiff. As a result of the officers' use of force, the plaintiff sought hospital treatment for neck, back, and wrist pain.
