Complaint
Description: On September 26, 2017, defendants stopped, handcuffed, seized, arrested and imprisoned Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to the 46th Precinct. Plaintiff was then held at the 104th Precinct, until he was taken to central booking. That imprisonment continued at Rikers Island. From March 22, 2017 through October 6, 2017, plaintiff was a pretrial detainee at various prisons on Rikers Island. Plaintiff's detention began inside the 104th precinct, where he was deprived of his state and federal civil rights when he was imprisoned at various locations, maliciously charged and prosecuted for crimes. On September 26, 2017, all charges were dismissed.
