Description: On December 20, 2022, Plaintiff was participating in peaceful protests close to a building believed to be the residence of a non-NYPD defendant, Defendant Stanton. When Defendant Stanton harassed the protestors and taunted them with his police connections, Plaintiff called 911 twice to get assistance. Three police cars appeared during the incident.
