Description: On or about March 20, 2021, Plaintiffs were stopped on the street for no lawful reason by P.O. Michael Fortunado, Michael Agunzo, Sergeant Sean Doheny and another officer. The defendants unlawfully ordered Plaintiffs to exit the car and then observed a loaded firearm inside of a purse, being held by one of the other two woman. Despite the loaded firearm being on the person of another, the defendants arrested Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs were then transported to the 106 police precinct and strip-searched. After the malicious prosecution, all charges were dismissed.

Description: On June 4, 2020, when plaintiff was lawfully at her home with her boyfriend, NYPD car parked at their home and police officer Brendan Storz, police officer Sofia Hamid, police officer Michael Agunzo, and other police officers arrived and claimed they are responding to an alleged noise complaint. However, when plaintiff’s boyfriend went outside, the officers surrounded him, wrestled with him, beat him, and tazed him twice. Plaintiff confronted the officer about their brutal treatment of her boyfriend. The officers arrested both of them. The district attorney declined to prosecute the charges.
